A facility is recorded once it has been disbursed — covenant monitoring runs from the first disbursement date, so it is required for every facility. The first disbursement becomes Tranche 1. FULL means the whole sanction goes out at once and cannot be amended; TRANCHED admits further tranches, and covenants can be amended at one.
